We deliver tile samples via our online sample service to all metropolitan areas in Australia. Due to the size and weight of the tiles, a freight fee of $15 applies; however, this fee is fully refundable when you make an online purchase of tiles over $500 (inclusive of GST).

We endeavour to dispatch metro samples within 48-72 hours.

While we work hard to ensure our tile samples closely match the final product, slight variations may occur, such as in colour, shade, texture, or pattern, especially across different production runs & batches. If you've ordered a tile sample box and want to claim your $15 refund, it's a breeze. You'll receive a refund code via email, sent to the address you provided at checkout. Simply enter the code in the coupon section when you make your online purchase to knock $15 off your total. If you face any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us.

No need to be at home to receive your tile samples, our sample boxes are designed to fit through a standard letterbox, so you won't miss a delivery. If not, it will be left in a safe place. Depending on your location in Australia, you can typically expect your samples to arrive within 5 business days.
